Crottus Cedus

Crottus Cedus is a hostile Imperial agent in Shurinbaal.

He is a medium trainer in Speechcraft, Light Armor, and Sneak, if you can manage to speak to him.

Crottus wears an Imperial studded leather cuirass along with a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He also carries a leveled short blade. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
