Ruinous Crypt

Ruinous Crypt is a medium-sized crypt in the Boethian Mountains just north of Llothanis, inhabited by vampires. To reach it, take the northeastern road out of town then keep heading north when the road turns east. The crypt is just ahead.

The skeleton in the crypt

Inside the crypt are five Quarra vampires guarding a decent stash of loot. In the sleeping area to the east there are three skill books: Trap, 2920, MidYear and Feyfolken I - boosting the Sneak, Heavy Armor and Enchant skills respectively. You can also find a blood despair amulet, an iron viperaxe and a glass dagger here.

In the north lies the skeleton of an unknown warrior. The warrior lies on a bier still clad in a pair of Gah-Julan Bonemold pauldrons and carrying a bonemold tower shield and a dwarven mace. At his feet lies a belt of Orc's strength. The eye sockets of the skeleton contain two diamonds, but care should be taken as both are cursed and stealing them will summon a guardian to exact revenge.
