The Black Shalk Cornerclub is a tavern in Vivec's Foreign Quarter.

Inside the Black Shalk Corner Club

The cornerclub has long been a haven for those seeking to dodge the unforgiving Tribunal Temple law. Located in the eastern end of the Lower Waistworks, the Publican Raril Giral offers food, drinks, and beds to all visitors. Some Dunmer take offense at the Argonian assassin Huleeya. Huleeya is a merchant and trainer, however, selling thieves tools and training you in assassin-class skills.

Downstairs, the atmosphere is a little nicer. Behind a locked door is a room which you may rent. Other than a locked chest, there's not much of note in the room, nor the rest of the tavern. Hylf the Harrier of the Fighters Guild offers training even to non-members in the common room on the bottom floor. In the same room, an expensive ring can be found on the floor. However, the ring belongs to someone, so being seen picking it up will earn you a bounty.
