After the long wait, the PC specifications for Skyrim have finally been announced. It lists the recommended specifications, as well as the minimum ones. Pete Hines on Twitter said: "The Min specs get you playing. The recommended specs let you play on High, not on Ultra. You'll want [a] beefier rig for that."
