I don't understand why this deletion is controversial. All the individual images have been placed (in better quality, transparent versions) on the relevant pages and this version is left orphaned. If it's "potentially useful" then at least suggest a potential use. –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 13:06, 28 September 2008 (EDT)

• Opppose As far as I know, this is the only image we have that allows a comparison of the different city banners displayed in Morrowind. Other than this image, I'm not sure where you could even get a list of the cities with banners if you wanted to do such a comparison on your own. At least two potential uses immediately come to mind:
  • On the Daedric Alphabet page: showing how widely the banners are used complements the individual examples already included on the page. To demonstrate with an example, I've taken the liberty of adding such a link to the article.
  • For people who want to make their own Daedric banners, for example for use on their user pages. I think being able to see multiple examples at once makes it easier to pick out what is typical and what varies between banners.

Finally, given that images cannot be restored after deletion, I'm inclined to be particularly cautious about deletion of images. I don't think it's sufficient for an image to be unused right now; I think we want to be sure that the image will never potentially be used. --Nephele^Talk 14:36, 28 September 2008 (EDT)
