Felen Maryon

Felen Maryon is a Dunmer sorcerer who sells spells and spellmaking services in Tel Branora to all who need them.

Felen is the only person in all of Vvardenfell to sell several unique spells: Summon Winged Twilight, Summon Golden Saint and Command Creature. He also sells the only ranged Command Humanoid spell (barring player-created spells). Felen is involved in an optional Thieves Guild quest regarding his ebony staff.
