Avon Ravel

Avon Ravel is a hostile Dunmer agent at the bottom of Hlormaren. He is a major trainer in Short Blade, and a medium trainer in Light Armor and Sneak, if you can manage to speak to him.

He wears a chitin cuirass, greaves, pauldrons, and boots with an expensive shirt and pants. He carries a glass jinkblade, a key to a chest on the bottom level, and 77 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
