A Torre foi usada como uma fortaleza, prisão, e palácio pela {{Lore Link|Hegemonia Direnni}}, mas seu verdadeiro propósito permanece um mistério.
Estudos dizem que foi erguida durante {{Year|EM 2500}}, a colocando como a mais antiga estrutura conhecida em {{Lore Link|Tamriel}}.
