Site Upgrade to MediaWiki 1.14 — June 24th, 2009

UESPWiki has been upgraded to a more up-to-date version of the MediaWiki software that generates the site. Several other upgrades, improvements, and configuration changes have also been implemented simultaneously. More complete information on what has changed is provided at MediaWiki 1.14 Upgrade.
